What we store
We store the account details you sign in with (email address and name), and the R&D records your team creates: customers, projects, activities, formulations, trials, materials, purchases, time entries, uploaded files and the change history of those records.
Who can see it
Every workspace is isolated. Only people invited to your workspace can read its data, and what each person sees is controlled by the role permissions your admins configure — including cost figures, which are hidden from roles that are not allowed to see them. Uploaded files are stored privately and served through short-lived links.
How we use it
We use your data only to operate the service for you: showing your records, sending sign-in and invitation emails, and keeping an audit trail of changes. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your workspace exists. An admin can export records to CSV at any time, remove individual people, or delete the whole workspace from Settings → Workspace, which permanently removes its data.
