Your workspace
When you create a workspace you become its admin. You are responsible for who you invite, the roles you grant them, and the accuracy of the records your team enters.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the recipes, trial results, supplier information and other records you store. We access them only to run and support the service. You can export to CSV or delete the workspace at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another workspace's data, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend a workspace that does.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. It is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for regulatory, food-safety or laboratory certification. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service and delete your workspace whenever you like. We may end access with reasonable notice, except where these terms are being breached.
